REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition and packaging

• Include any accessories, tags, or gift boxes

• Proof of purchase is required

How to start a return:
Email info@stemandstonehome.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items
  

• Used or damaged items beyond initial inspection
