We want you to love your piece.

If it isn't the right fit, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, pieces must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Final Sale

Custom and personalized pieces, along with items showing signs of wear, are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

SHIPPING

Every Stem & Stone piece is carefully prepared and packaged in our Pacific Northwest studio.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
